Molly O’Doherty

In her role as Senior Programs Associate, Molly focuses on community and nonprofit engagement in Give Miami Day, the Foundation’s 24-hour giving day. She also manages and supports grant programs while collaborating with staff and the community to bring their data stories to life, visually and contextually.

Prior to joining The Miami Foundation, Molly worked as a Research and Evaluation Analyst for The Children’s Trust, concentrating on their youth development portfolio and leading data visualization efforts for the organization. She also participated in the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Program serving as team lead for Brighter Tomorrows, recipients of Project of the Year Award for the class of 42. Molly holds a dual bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Elementary and Special Education.
