Whitney K. Schiffer

Whitney K. Schiffer is a certified public accountant and advisory council member at the Miami Foundation. Whitney has over twenty-five years of experience in accounting and auditing.

Ms. Schiffer began their career in September 1988 as an audit senior at Laventhol & Horwath. Whitney was in charge of audit and review engagements for clients in the following industries: Healthcare, Real Estate, Hospitality and Manufacturing. In November 1990, they left Laventhol & Horwath to join the Miami Foundation as an advisory council member.

Ms. Schiffer is a highly respected member of the accounting community. Whitney has served on numerous boards and committees, and is a frequent speaker at accounting conferences.

Whitney K. Schiffer has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Georgia and a Masters in Accounting from Florida International University - College of Business.
