Edson Crevecoeur joined the Miami HEAT in 2014, bringing over 15 years of experience in empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions. Edson is a recognized leader in the business intelligence and analytics community, holding several industry certifications. Prior to joining The HEAT, Edson served in senior technical and leadership roles on enterprise-scale data initiatives for Fortune 500 companies such as UnitedHealth Group, SunGard, Glaxo-Smith Kline, and Viacom.
As the Vice President of Strategy & Data Analytics, Edson’s goal is to maintain The HEAT’s position at the forefront of innovation in the sports industry. He led The HEAT’s transition to cloud-based technologies, integrating information across lines of businesses into a single source of truth, accessible by the right audience, via the right channels, at the right time. This achievement resulted in the recognition of The Miami HEAT as a technology leader at the 2019 Microsoft Build Conference.
Edson and his wife Gladys have four children, and live in Davie, FL.
