Heather Shapiro

Heather Shapiro is an accomplished professional with a background in communication, marketing, and client services. Currently serving as the Season Ticket Memberships Coordinator at Miami HEAT since June 2022, Shapiro has previously held roles as a Premium Client Services Intern and Corporate Partnerships Intern within the organization. Prior experience includes a Marketing Intern position at Modern Luxury and a Marketing & Social Media Intern role at Ocean Drive Magazine. Additional experience was gained at Spotlight Marketing Communications as an Intern and Research Assistant, where script analysis and product placement insights were key responsibilities. Early career roles included serving as an employee at Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream and a Summer Intern at JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Shapiro holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in Business from the University of Michigan.
