Jalen Carter

Jalen Carter currently serves as the Director of Email Marketing & Automation for the Miami HEAT, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Jalen held multiple roles at Bath & Body Works from October 2018 to November 2022, including Senior Analyst in Digital Commerce Operations, as well as positions in digital production. Prior experience includes a role as Digital Marketing Coordinator at InnerWorkings from June 2017 to October 2018, and Web Operations Coordinator at L Brands for several months. Jalen also worked as a Technical Specialist at Apple, and held various student leadership roles at Ohio University while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Marketing, and Political Science from 2012 to 2016. Early work experience includes internships at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and the City of Columbus.
