Mark Brown

VP, Tickets & Premium Sales & Service at Miami Heat

Mark Brown has seen his responsibilities increase since initially joining the HEAT in 1998. He is entering his 12st season overall with the franchise and his 11th season as Vice President, Ticket Sales. Brown oversees premium sales, group sales, season ticket sales and premium services.

Brown originally joined the HEAT as an Account Executive in the Ticket Sales department. He left after a year and a half and then returned to the HEAT organization for a second stint as the Manager of Premium Partnerships in 2002. From there, he was promoted to Director of Premium Partnerships and then Director of Ticket Sales before being elevated to his current position.

Prior to his employment with the HEAT, Brown spent nearly three years as the Assistant General Manager of the El Paso Diablos, the Double-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. He next moved to the University of Miami athletic department where he served as a Ticket Sales Manager for almost two years.
