Eryka Melo

Eryka Melo currently serves as the Director of Site Operations at Miami Jewish Health since January 2021, having also held the position of Administrator/Interim Site Director. Prior to this role, Eryka worked as a Provider Engagement Representative at iCare Intelligence from March 2020 to December 2020. Eryka's career at Miami Jewish Health Systems began in September 2015, progressing from Senior Intake Specialist to Intake Specialist until March 2020. Earlier experience includes roles in finance and sales at Webmoblink from October 2012 to April 2015. Eryka holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Florida International University, attained between 2013 and 2015, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Miami Dade College, completed in 2013.
