Chuck Angel has over 15 years of experience in IT service delivery and management. Currently serving as an IT Service Delivery Analyst II at Miami University since November 2017, Chuck previously worked as a Service Desk Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2014 to December 2016, and as a Supervisor for the North American Service Desk at Atos International from April 2005 to October 2013. Chuck holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Lincoln Tech, which was completed between 1990 and 1992.
