Dawn Tsirelis

Dawn Tsirelis serves as the President of Greater Heights Consulting, Inc. since 2008 and has been actively involved at Miami University since January 2011 in various capacities, including Assistant to the President, Assistant to the Dean, and Assistant to the Regional Associate Deans, where operational and project support is provided for the Regional Office of Academic Affairs and the Regional Office of Administrative Affairs. As a Franchise Partner at Gecko Hospitality, also established in 2008, Dawn Tsirelis delivers tailored recruiting solutions for clients in the restaurant and hotel sectors across Louisiana and Alabama and offers coaching for job seekers. Previously, from 1993 to 1998, Dawn Tsirelis held the position of Human Resources Administrator at the Hamilton County Educational Service Center, focusing on leadership in Human Resource Management, quality improvement projects, and business analytics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a minor in Philosophy from Marietta College.
