Blair Munhofen, EdD, is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Upper School at The Miami Valley School, where responsibilities include mentoring faculty, evaluating programs, and implementing new initiatives informed by educational research. Previously held the positions of Upper School History and English Teacher, Chair of the History & Social Sciences Department, and Director of College Counseling, achieving significant increases in college admission rates. Blair also served as a College Admissions Consultant with Signet Education and held various roles at Georgetown University, including Resident Assistant and Research Assistant, where notable research on radical Islamic movements was conducted. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education from Vanderbilt University and a Master's Degree in Religious Studies from the University of Dayton, alongside a Bachelor's degree in History and Arabic from Georgetown University.
