Matt Hrbacek has a diverse work experience in the field of equipment engineering and project management. Matt has been working at MiaSole since 2005, starting as a Director of Maintenance/Equipment Build from 2005 to 2007, and then transitioning into the role of Equipment Engineer from 2007 to the present. In this role, they have implemented new technology on lab PVD and evaporation systems and tested the prototype technology on large area manufacturing PVD coating systems. Matt has also manufactured and installed gas delivery systems for various process gases.
