David Brown

David Brown currently serves as the Director of the MIAX Exchange Group and the MIAX Pearl Exchange since June 2021. In addition, David holds multiple leadership roles at Hamilton, including Chairman, Director, and Interim CEO of Hamilton Re since November 2013. David has been with Argus Global Group as Director and Chairman since March 2020, and has been a Deputy Chairman and Chairman at The Bermuda Stock Exchange since 1998. David served as Chairman of Bermuda Commercial Bank from July 2021 to August 2024, and previously held the position of CEO at Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. from October 2005 to November 2012. Earlier in his career, David was the CEO of CENTRE SOLUTIONS LIMITED from January 1993 to October 1997 and a Partner at EY from October 1982 to December 1992.
