Jamal then worked as a Software developer at KEANE Inc., where they provided technology development and support services for State Street Wealth Management Services.

Jamal then joined PUTNAM INVESTMENTS as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they developed various FIX message types and provided technical and business support. Jamal also played a key role in retiring Putnam's equity research system.
