Jason Baroff

Jason Baroff serves as the Executive Director at MiBA since January 2023 and has held the position of Managing Partner at Ascend Technologies Group since March 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Enterprise Strategy professional in Healthcare at Cumberland Group from January 2018 to March 2019, and various roles at Dell EMC from January 2013 to January 2018, focusing on consulting and business continuity planning for the healthcare sector. Earlier experience includes serving as a Digital Consultant at System Pavers, where accolades included Consultant of the Year in both 2011 and 2012, and as Assistant General Manager at Boston Sports Club, overseeing a large facility and its staff while enhancing sales strategies for member engagement. Jason Baroff holds educational backgrounds from Florida College and Hillsborough Community College.
