Mae Joy Armada

Mae Joy Armada has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Mae Joy started their career in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at the Philippine American Life Insurance Co., Regional Office. In 2007, they joined MicroEnsure Insurance Brokers Philippines, Inc. where they held various roles including Underwriting, Research and Development Specialist, responsible for assisting the Head Office in developing microinsurance products for the local market. Their responsibilities included gathering necessary data for product design, conducting research, surveys, and interviews with stakeholders, and assisting partners in developing process workflows. Armada continued their career at EnsureMePh Insurance Broker, Inc. (formerly MicroEnsure Philippines), where they served as an Operations Manager from 2016 to present. In this role, they have been responsible for managing the daily operations of the company. Overall, Armada has demonstrated expertise in insurance operations and product development throughout their professional journey.

From 2002 to 2006, Mae Joy Armada pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Research at West Visayas State University.
