Katherine Woslager

Katherine Woslager is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at MICA since December 2025, Katherine previously held the position of Director of Marketing at AmericanAg®, where responsibilities included developing integrated marketing plans and leading a high-performing team. At IMG, Katherine rebranded the organization and successfully created communication strategies for significant company changes. Additional experience includes project management, client relationship management, and targeted marketing initiatives for diverse markets, notably within the Hispanic community, during roles at State Farm and Morgan Stanley. Katherine holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University.
