Gina Tilley has over two decades of experience in various roles supporting government and organizational objectives. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant at Micah Projects since July 2012, Gina collaborates with leadership teams to implement strategic and organizational plans while providing administrative support to the CEO. Previously, as a Women's Policy Adviser for the Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2010 to 2012, Gina focused on researching and addressing issues in the women's sector, preparing briefs, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Gina's earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager and Constituent Officer for the Federal Member for Griffith from 2002 to 2010, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies and English Literature from The University of Queensland.
