Serena Alam Shah is an experienced professional in the luxury travel and brand marketing sectors, currently serving as an Executive in Luxury Travel at Micato Safaris since March 2022. Prior to this role, Serena was the Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing at The Postcard Hotel from February 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing marketing collaborations, executing digital ad campaigns, overseeing social media platforms, and coordinating with PR agencies. Earlier career experience includes working as a Graphic Designer at Beam & Words, where Serena created brand strategies and designed digital and print materials for notable clients, and a Design Internship at DK. Serena holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication and Strategic Branding from Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology and completed earlier education at The Shri Ram School.
