Ellen A. van den Berg has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ellen A. is currently working as the Head of Customer Care at Micazu since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Seabourn Cruise Line for 10 years, starting in November 2011 and ending in February 2021. During their time there, they served as the Manager of International Reservations, overseeing sales, recruitment, administrative management, and customer service targets. From 1995 to 1997, Ellen went to Schoevers College, focusing on Hotel- or tourist management, Hotel operations management, and Hotel/Motel- en restaurantbeheer. Finally, from 1997 to 2000, Ellen pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication, specializing in Bedrijfskader, at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
