Brett Higgins

Brett Higgins is a seasoned transportation engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Traffic / Transportation Engineer at Michael Baker International since April 2017. Prior to this role, Brett worked as a Transportation Engineer at Jacobs Engineering from May 2004 to April 2017 and gained initial industry experience as an Engineering Intern at Carter & Burgess between May 2001 and May 2004. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed from 2001 to 2004, and had initial studies at Fort Lewis College from 1999 to 2001.
