John Elicker

John Elicker, AIA, NCARB is a Senior Architect and Design Manager at Michael Baker International since November 2020, bringing extensive experience in institutional new construction and historic renovations with project costs up to $10 million. Prior to this role, Elicker spent over a decade at AECOM as a Senior Architect, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million dollar renovation of a historic military administration facility and overseeing DoD and federal government projects. Elicker's architectural experience also includes serving as a Project Architect at Richard Foster Architects, focusing on custom residential projects and historic renovations. Elicker holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Penn State University.
