Marc Luiken

Marc Luiken is an experienced professional in business development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Michael Baker International since January 2019. Previously, Marc held multiple leadership roles, including Commissioner at the State of Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities and Engineering Manager at RLG International. Marc has a strong background in strategic studies and management, having earned an MA from Air University and an MS from Troy University, as well as an MBA from Cedarville University. Marc's education also includes a BS in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, reflecting a solid foundation in engineering principles.
