Paul Gluck

Paul Gluck, P.E., PMP, DBIA, is Senior Vice President and Regional Director of the Great Lakes Region, where he oversees all growth efforts and engineering, business, marketing and financial operations for the Region’s 16 offices throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

Mr. Gluck has extensive experience in the planning, design and construction of complex, urban transportation projects, with noted technical expertise in procurement management and alternative delivery such as Design-Build and CMGC.

He joined Michael Baker 19 years ago and most recently served in an expanded Office Executive role that included oversight of the Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Canton, and Detroit offices, where he worked with each office to grow and diversify its service offerings.

Mr. Gluck holds a Master of Project Management degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron.
