Notable accomplishments include managing safety for large-scale projects, such as overseeing the completion of the automotive expansion at the TN Operations rolling mill and leading efforts in the construction and startup of a world-class aluminum rolling mill with zero lost time injuries over 40 million hours. Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981.
