Additionally, Michael Brooks serves as the Quad Cities Division Commander for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, being a qualified Boat Crew Coxswain since 2006. Previously, Michael Brooks held the position of EH&S Director at Alcoa from September 2000 to August 2010. Michael Brooks earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Protection & Safety from Oklahoma State University between 1976 and 1980.
