Adrienne O'Connor

Adrienne O'Connor is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Michael Garron Hospital since May 2011, Adrienne has a comprehensive background in compensation analysis, recruitment processes, and program coordination, including the New Grad Guarantee program for RNs and RPNs. Prior roles include a Human Resources Coordinator at GS1 Canada, where Adrienne provided extensive administrative support, and working with the Ontario Ministry of Labour to ensure compliance with employment legislation. Adrienne holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and an Honours BA in Psychology and Philosophy from King's University College.
