Kathy Dy

Kathy Dy joined MGA&D in 1995. She has extensive experience in design & planning, project management, consultant coordination and document control for many building types. Kathy managed the phased master planning study for Rice University and contributed to the successful growth of the campus population. She has played a major role in the successful completion of buildings for a wide range of private clients and public institutions, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Houston Branch and the New York City School Construction Authority. She also has multi-family residential development experience, including the design of two high-rise residential towers in New York City as well as new town planning in Greenbelt, MD and New Cairo, Egypt.
