Kevin Mechling is an experienced project manager currently working at Michael Kinder & Sons, Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Kevin served as a house parent for Loving Shepherd Ministries' Brickhouse Structured Foster Care Program from April 2020 to November 2022. Before that, Kevin founded United for Him Ministries and held the position of Associate Pastor at First Church of Christ, where responsibilities included curriculum development and various ministry initiatives. Kevin also directed student ministry at First Church of Christ in Bluffton, Indiana, overseeing the spiritual formation of youth. Earlier in Kevin's career, a role as a field engineer at James S. Jackson Co. LLC involved estimating, supervising work crews, and managing subcontractors. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Theological Studies and a Master's degree in Ministry from Bethel University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering Technologies from Purdue University.
