Tim Williams

Tim Williams is a highly experienced Managing Principal at Michael Maltzan Architecture, Inc., since October 1997, where engagement in all dimensions of the practice’s work encompasses design, management, contractor collaboration, and construction supervision. Williams possesses extensive expertise in project definition, resource management, coordination, risk mitigation, and negotiation. Prior experiences include roles as Job Captain in design at Randall Stout Architects, Inc., Ford Farewell Mills Gatsch Architects, LLC, and Gehry Partners, LLP. Williams earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture between 1987 and 1991.
