Balaji Rangaswamy

Balaji Rangaswamy possesses extensive experience in data architecture, engineering management, and business process optimization, currently serving as a Manager at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation since July 2019. Prior to this role, Balaji held various engineering management positions at Intel Corporation from June 2005 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing multi-site teams, delivering high ROI data analytics projects, and establishing data management practices. Balaji's earlier career includes roles at Prudential Financial, Computer Sciences Corporation, Artech, Syntel, and Tata Consultancy Services, building a strong foundation in systems analysis and data architecture. Balaji holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science.
