Michael Minuto, CSM®, CSPO®, PMC-II, is an experienced manager and technical program manager with a focus on customer success operations in education and social impact sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Ed-Fi Customer Success Operations at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Michael previously held leadership roles at the Good Citizen Network Foundation, Charles Schwab, National Instruments, Dell, and Motorola Mobility. Notable achievements include launching MVP web and mobile applications within four months at Good Citizen Network and establishing a scalable CI/CD system at National Instruments that supported extensive daily builds and tests. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University.
