Paola D. Rabago

Paola D. Rabago is an experienced professional in higher education and program management, currently serving as the Manager of Dell Scholars Retention and previously as a Program Officer at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation since June 2017. Prior to this role, Paola held various positions at The University of Texas at Austin, including Program Director for the College Advising Corps and Senior Program Coordinator at the Longhorn Center for School Partnerships. Earlier career experiences include roles at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, the University of Texas Elementary School, and a supply chain management internship at Dell. Paola holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas and dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and International Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and ESCP Business School, respectively.
