Grace Kalisha

Grace is a program manager focused on education sector projects and programs in South Africa. She collaborates with social entrepreneurs, nonprofits, government officials, private sector partners, and technology organizations on systemic efforts to improve learning outcomes for young people from low-income backgrounds.

Grace is a strong problem solver and an experienced management consultant who started her career at Monitor Group in South Africa. She also worked with the foundation as an independent consultant prior to joining the team full time. In other previous roles, Grace implemented social impact programs in education, entrepreneurship, and health for organizations like African Leadership Academy and BroadReach Healthcare.

She is a Yale University alum with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA in strategy.
