Nichole Aston

Program Manager, Pathways to Prosperity at Michael & Susan Dell Foundation

Nichole manages a portfolio of Central Texas investments that improve the lives of children in their home community. These grants provide programs and services to ensure the safety and healing of abused or neglected children in the foster care system, including projects that are making broader, system-level improvements. As part of these efforts, she has served on the steering committee for the Travis County Collaborative for Children’s trauma-informed efforts since 2013. Other investments she oversees focus on improving adverse childhood experiences through counseling, therapy, and parent coaching to ensure stronger family relationships, better focus in the classroom, and overall health.

Nichole joined the Foundation in 2003 after six years with Dell Technologies. During that time, she was a proposals manager in the small and medium business sales group and a marketing communications coordinator in the software and peripherals group. Prior to Dell, she worked in marketing at Trimble Navigation. Nichole has bachelor’s in business administration in marketing from Texas A&M University.
