Michael Wood & Co. is a renovation advisory and owner's representative practice based in New York City. The firm advises homeowners on renovations of every scale — prewar apartments, townhouses, and condominiums — drawing on over 35 years in residential renovation and more than 450 completed projects.

Clients engage through two models: Full Service, in which the firm directs a single project from first thought through completion, and À La Carte, on-demand advisory for a defined question or phase.

Every engagement begins with the Project Positioning Phase — a structured examination of assumptions, scope, budget, and team before any contract is signed.

Services span project positioning, design advisory, team building, scope development, and implementation oversight. The firm holds one conviction above all: the success of a renovation is decided long before the first wall comes down.
