Kim Smithuis has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Sales Broker at Michaël Zingraf Real Estate since May 2007, Kim has demonstrated expertise in sales and client relations. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes from 2002 to 2007, Assistant Banqueting Manager at Hôtel Beau Rivage Nice from 2000 to 2002, and Sales Broker Assistant at Cantieri di Baia Spa from 1997 to 2000. Kim holds a degree from IHTTI School of Hotel Management, completed from 1994 to 1997.
