Aaron Barker

Aaron Barker's work experience includes serving as Partner and Head of Venture Best, Texas at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP since August 2023. Prior to that, they were a Partner and Chair of the Emerging Companies Group at Egan Nelson LLP from September 2022 to August 2023. Before joining Egan Nelson LLP, Aaron worked as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from September 2008 to March 2019. Aaron also served as a Law Clerk at Vinson & Elkins in 2007. Aaron specializes in corporate and securities law, with expertise in equity and debt financing, private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law and governance matters. Aaron has extensive experience advising technology, life science, and other emerging growth companies from inception to exit.
