Eric Zylstra

Eric Zylstra is an experienced attorney specializing in patent prosecution, due diligence for licensing and acquisitions, and various patent-related opinions. They previously served as a Senior Counsel at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and held positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Squire Patton Boggs. Before entering law, Eric worked as a Senior Scientist at Discovery Partners International and conducted postdoctoral research at The University of Tokyo. They earned a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and hold advanced degrees in chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of California, Berkeley.
