Arunn John

Arunn John currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Order Management for Michaels Stores, overseeing a $5 billion revenue-generating Order Management System for both physical stores and e-commerce, along with e-commerce lower funnel systems. Previously, Arunn held the position of Director of Technology at Michaels, managing IT programs across various platforms. Arunn's experience includes serving as Senior Manager at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included end-to-end IT delivery for the B2C channel and innovation in e-commerce. With a significant tenure at AT&T, Arunn held roles such as Principal and Technical Director, leading a team of IT professionals to develop a billing application generating substantial revenue and spearheading DevSecOps and cloud transformations for the B2B business unit. Earlier experience includes positions as Technical Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Software Engineer at Deutsche Bank, contributing to critical risk management and financial data integration projects. Arunn holds an education from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
