Ryan Scherschell

Ryan Scherschell, LPQ, currently serves as the Corporate Manager of Loss Prevention Operations and Technology at The Michaels Companies, Inc., a position held since April 2018. With extensive experience in asset protection and loss prevention, Ryan previously worked at JCPenney as an Asset Protection Operations Manager, where training programs were developed for field personnel and compliance initiatives were implemented. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Investigator/Technology Specialist at 7-Eleven, where complex investigations were managed across over 8,000 locations, and earlier positions at Target, where contributions were made in theft intelligence analysis and asset protection. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas.
