Tom McAloon

Tom McAloon is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently, Tom serves as the Senior Vice President of Stores - East at Michaels Stores since September 2023. Prior to this, Tom held various positions at Dollar Tree Stores, including SVP of Store Operations and Zone Vice President, from October 2015 to July 2023. Tom's career also includes significant roles at Toys"R"Us, ServiceMaster, and Wal-Mart, where responsibilities encompassed operational strategy, project management, and full P&L oversight. Tom's formative years in finance and operations began with Quick Chek Food Stores and Genuardi's Family Markets. Educationally, Tom earned an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
