Stephen T. Rapundalo

Stephen T. Rapundalo is the current President & CEO at MichBio. Prior to this, they served as City Council for the City of Ann Arbor from January 2005 to December 2011. Stephen was elected to three terms as a representative of Ward 2, which included the Parke-Davis-Pfizer R&D facility/U-M North Campus Research Center. Stephen was involved in all facets of development and oversight of city policy, operations, and service delivery. Stephen has experience with labor relations, fiscal budget development, economic development, maintenance and provision of parks and recreation, utilities, safety, and other essential city services.

Stephen began their career in 1987 as a Senior Scientist at Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Research, Warner-Lambert Company. Stephen was promoted to Associate Research Fellow in 2000 and left the company in October 2005 to join Pfizer. At Pfizer, Stephen served as an Associate Research Fellow to Research Fellow from January 2000 to October 2005.
