Stephane Fabregoul

Stephane Fabregoul has a extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Stephane is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Michel Reybier Hospitality since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach - St Regis Singapore under Marriott International from August 2017 to April 2022. Stephane also served as the Managing Director at W Singapore & St Regis Singapore under Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from September 2015 to July 2017. Stephane has also held various General Manager positions at different hotels under Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 2007 to 2015, including W Singapore - Sentosa Cove, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, and Le Royal Meridien Mumbai. Before that, they worked as a Hotel Manager at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort from 2005 to 2007, and as the Deputy General Manager at Le Meridien Monte Carlo from 2001 to 2005. Stephane started their career at Le Meridien Juan les Pins in 1998, where they held the positions of Director Operations and Finacial Controller & Human Resources Manager.

Stephane Fabregoul completed a Certification program in the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from 1989 to 1993 at Ecole Hoteliere Paul Ogier.
