Anna Padaetz has extensive experience in human resources and operational roles, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Michelin since January 2007. Throughout her tenure at Michelin, Anna has held various positions, including Plant Manager, Plant Human Resources Manager, Corporate Recruiter, Area Human Resources Manager, Training Manager, and Industrial Engineer. Prior to joining Michelin, Anna was part of the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE from 2004 to 2006 and completed a Co-Op program with GE from 2001 to 2003. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
