Benoit Gadenne is currently the Pyrolysis Platform Lead at Mi, a position held since 2021. Previously, Benoit contributed to Michelin in several roles, including as a team head manager for elastomer conception and an R&D mission focused on chemical and material transformation from 2013 to 2014. Benoit also served as the oleochemistry project manager at ITERG from 2008 to 2013, overseeing project management and R&D for biobased products and polymers. Benoit earned a PhD in Chemistry from Ecole normale supérieure, where they studied from 1998 to 2004.
