Brandon Porter

Brandon PORTER is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management, currently serving as Engineering Manager - Preparation at Michelin since October 2011. Key responsibilities include overseeing process manufacturing engineering for North America and leading the central engineering team for the Americas. Brandon has also held various positions within Michelin, from Mechanical Engineer to Engineering Coordinator, and led the startup of a new greenfield factory in Mexico. Previously, Brandon gained experience at Bombardier Transportation as an Engineer in Training, focusing on non-conformance report analysis and structural integrity, along with project management roles. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University and Engineering Technology from Cape Breton University.
