Catherine Roy

Catherine Roy, M.Sc., PMP, is a seasoned Business Process Manager in the Sales & Service division at Michelin since June 2019, specializing in project management and change management, including leading Salesforce implementation and several cross-border projects in Germany, France, and the USA. Prior to Michelin, Catherine served as an HRIS Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator at Camso from January 2012 to May 2019, where responsibilities included HRIS implementation and support, payroll project management, and various HR functions. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Professional Scrum Master certification, complemented by a Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute. Early career experience involved administrative support at Université de Sherbrooke.
