Charlène Feger

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in healthcare technology and clinical practice. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente since April 2003, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was implemented in a level one trauma center. Earlier roles at Kaiser Permanente included serving as a Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology and as a Staff Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
