Cindy Pendley has extensive experience in engineering and management, beginning with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Cindy's career commenced at Ecusta Paper and Film as a Project Engineer and progressed through roles at BP Amoco, where responsibilities included Engineer and Maintenance Team Leader, followed by positions at Cytec Carbon Fibers as Maintenance Leader. From 2005 to 2010, Cindy served as a Reliability Engineer and Production Leader at Michelin, where performance continued at Michelin from 2011 onwards, taking on roles as Technical Trainer, Storeroom Manager and North America CMMS Administrator, and Site Reliability Engineering Manager.
