Eric Andrieux

Eric Andrieux is a seasoned Corporate Governance Director with extensive legal experience in various corporate roles. They began their career as Legal Counsel at SODETEG from 1991 to 1995, later serving as Head of Legal at Thomson-CSF Services until 1999. Eric then held the position of Senior Legal Counsel for Thales Avionics from 1999 to 2003, followed by a role as Legal Counsel Corporate at Thales until 2007. Since then, they have worked at Michelin as Head of Legal for Corporate, Stock Exchange, Finance, and M&A, where they continue to influence corporate governance practices.
